Frequently asked questions:
How can I order an item? For now, use the link to send us an e-mail and we can proceed with your order in that manner. Include the item number and the wood you would like it to be made of. Soon we will have the mechanism to order directly from the page.
What method of payment do you accept? At this time we can only accept money orders. We are in the process of including Paypal as an option.
How long does it take to have the item delivered? If the item is available, we can ship it as soon as we receive your payment. If the item is not on hand, estimate two weeks from the time payment is received.
What shipping options are available? All items will be shipped via USPS Priority. We are not responsible for carrier delivery delays due to weather and/or accidents.
How many items can I order at one time? You may place an order of as many items as you like. All lathe turned items are hand made which may impact delivery timelines. The number of items will have a direct impact on the delivery of the items as well as the cost of delivery. Contact us with your request and we can give you an estimated delivery date.
Can you deliver outside of the continental United States? We will consider this on a case by case basis. Cost and timelines are a concern in our desire to satisfy our customers' needs.
What do you mean by similar item? Items can be made of the same size and shape, but the grain of the wood will make it unique. This is even more evident if you chose to order the same item in various wood types. To better illustrate this, look at the page where there are 8 boxes. All of them are the same size and finish, yet each one has its own character due to the wood grain.
